The Clifton Hand-bell Ringers are based just outside of Brighouse, West Yorkshire in the UK. and the original Clifton Ringers were formed around 1890.
The Village Ringers are the societies main concert performing team. The team of 8 play off a square table using the traditional Yorkshire “off the table” style of ringing.
They have been successful at a number of music festivals in the North of England and they entertain a wide variety of audiences in various performances during the year. For information on what concerts the team have booked visit our Concert/Events page.
Following 18 months of no ringing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the CHBR village team returned to practise on Thursday 9th Sept. It was so good to get back together, and we are getting ready for our first concert of the festive season.
